Adoro praia e tudo relacionado com ela. Sempre fui fã das marcas brasileiras de bikinis e fatos de banho - Lenny, Salinas, Cia. Marítima... Mas, Portugal anda cada vez mais a dar cartas no que diz respeito ao Swimwear! Nos últimos anos tem havido uma explosão de marcas a apostar na moda de praia e com peças super, super giras.
Uma delas é sem sombra de dúvida a Latitid. Uma marca que já tinha debaixo de olho há algum tempo, mas que ainda não tinha comprado nada. Compro praticamente de tudo online mas não compro bikinis sem os experimentar e como não tinha ido à Embaixada... Pois bem, perdi-me de amores.
Acho imensa graça ao conceito da marca (poderão lê-lo aqui) e à inspiração para esta colecção - a cidade de Istambul. Ainda, ao facto de todas as peças serem assinadas com a Latitude - 41º00’38.18”N - que corresponde ao mundialmente reconhecido Grand Bazaar.
E eu não resisiti a este padrão.
Até a bolsa para guardar os bikinis é gira :-D

Poderão dizer "Com tantas opções porquê dois bikinis com os mesmos tecidos?" :-D Pois... também pensei o mesmo, mas com estes 2 posso transformá-los em 4. As partes combinam lindamente entre si e fico não com 2 mas com 4 bikinis!
Para mim, os drapeados destas alças são os pormenores que mais se destacam nesta colecção.

I love the beach and everything related. I was always a fan of Brazilian swimwear brands like Lenny, Salinas, Cia. Marítima... But Portugal is making its mark when it comes to swimwear fashion. On the past couple of years, there has been a true explosion of Portuguese brands with super, super cool collections.
Clearly, one of those brands is Latitid. A brand I´ve been keeping an eye on for a while but hadn´t buy anything yet. I buy a lot of stuff online but never bikinis without trying them out. And once I had never been to Embaixada before... Well, the fact is I fell in love!
I love the brand´s concept (here) and collection´s inspiration - the city of Istanbul. Also, the fact that all pieces are signed with the 41º00’38.18”N latitude - the one of the worldwide known Grand Bazaar.
I couldn´t resist this pattern.

You might say "With so many available options, why to choose two bikinis with the same fabrics?" Well, yeah ... I thought the same myself, but I can turn those two into four. I can mix&match them all ending not with two but four different bikinis!
To me, the drapping of these straps are the outstanding details of the whole collection.
Come, summertime,come! I have new garments to put on!
