PTA minha paixão é o ténis, como sabem. Mas já há algum tempo que comecei a trabalhar com um Personal Trainer para resolver os meus problemas, com um trabalho mais personalizado. Já vos tinha referido a importância que o meu primeiro PT teve na minha aprendizagem para uma correcta respiração (ver aqui). Hoje, treino com uma PT fantástica do "meu" Ginásio Clube Português que me ajudou a "não fazer feio" :-D nesta sessão fotográfica tão gira, divertida e especial (bem, elas divertiram-se um pouco mais que do eu que tive de "penar" um pouquinho kkkk). As fotos são autoria da Spoil, tiradas pela querida Vera Eloy! Que partilha o nome, Vera, com a minha querida PT, Vera Ramos. O objectivo: mostrar-vos que não é preciso muito para se fazer um treino eficaz e em grande estilo! Em MESHsportswear, claro!Estou apaixonada por este macacão !!! <3 Digam-me lá! Vou confessar... quando o vi no Summer Market Stylista, a MESHsportswear tinha acabado de o lançar, achei que não me ia ficar bem. "Ah, já tenho 47 anos, isso não é para mim", "Não, vão ver-se as gordurinhas todas", "Ai, não vou gostar de me ver" e sei lá eu que mais disse...até o vestir! A sério! Para além de ser lindo, lindo, o design está muito bem concebido. As duas faixas laterais ajudam a adelgaçar a cintura e a alongar a figura. Que mais se pode querer? Mas as alças cruzadas em cor-de-laranja são o pormenor que mais gosto. Estou rendida... Já era fã da MESHsportwear e tenho várias peças que uso para treinar e também para jogar ténis (no instagram já postei várias fotos minhas com vários looks com peças desta marca). Mas esta peça é especial <3

I have to be blunt about it... When I saw it in the recent Summer Market Stylista, MESHsportswear had just launch it, I thought it wouldn´t look good on me. "Well, you know I´m 47 years old, this is not for me", "No, we will see all my bumps", "Ai, I´m not going to love it on me"...and more....until I tried it out!Shut up! I absolutely loved it. It´s gorgeous and the design is perfect. The sides help to elongate the figure and to shorten the waistline. What more can we ask for? But it is the orange straps the detail I love the most. I already was a MESHsportwear fan, having several outfits to play tennis (on Instagram, I´ve shared several looks). But this one is special<3
