Longe já vão os tempos dos crimes cometidos à minha pele, até porque a minha idade já não os permite. Apesar de achar que a mesma não é fantástica, a verdade é que nunca ninguém acerta na minha idade. Acham sempre que sou mais nova, graças a Deus :-) Esperemos que assim continue.
Como comentei no post sobre o livro da Vic Ceridono, hoje em dia não falto com as minhas rotinas. Se é verdade que vou experimentando produtos novos de vez em quando, relativamente a estes dois não o faço porque são os meus absolutos preferidos. Desmaquilhante de olhos Dior Duo Express Extrait de Lys Pur e o leite desmaquilhante Dior Pureté Extrait D´Iris Cristal. A loção que uso é da Clinique clarifying lotion 2.
Relativamente a cremes, usava até bem recentemente a linha YSL Forever Youth Liberator: O creme Yshape e o serum, indicados para um efeito lifting da pele.Sentindo a necessidade de fazer algo mais, comecei muito recentemente com tratamentos de Radiofrequência. E em conversa com uma amiga, contando-lhe acerca deste tratamento e da minha vontade em experimentar uma nova linha de cremes, ela comentou acerca de uma linha Dermatológica Sesderma, usada por profissionais em gabinete e com venda também em farmácias. Resolvi experimentar e estou a gostar muito por duas razões. Gosto do efeito lifting na pele e têm um preço bem mais barato.

Decidi começar com os tratamentos de radiofrequência após uma sessão de experimentação que me tinha sido oferecida. Não estava a contar sentir quaisquer efeitos e muito menos investir em tratamentos de estética, para além das massagens que faço regularmente às pernas, desde que engravidei a primeira vez. Para meu espanto, logo na 1ª sessão notaram-se pequenas melhorias. A tal ponto que, mesmo sem ter procurado saber sobre os benefícios da radiofrequência no rosto, decidi iniciar sessões de tratamento.
Ainda vou muito no início dos tratamentos, mas estou muito satisfeita e tudo o que já li sobre o assunto, deixam-se feliz com a minha tomada de decisão.

Confesso que não sei se esta marca existe à venda em Portugal, mas encontrei um produto semelhante da marca dos produtos que estou a usar agora, a Sesderma.

Those days are gone! Yes, gone are the days when I did stupid things to my skin, because my age no longer allows it. Although I feel my skin is not great, the truth is that no one ever guesses correctly my age. People always think I'm younger, thank God :-) Hopefully that will continue.

I decided to start with radio frequency treatments after a trial session I had been offered. I wasn´t believing in any immediate effects, much less invest on it. To my amazement, right on that trial session, I noticed some small improvements. So much so that, even without looking for information about the its benefits, I decided to go for it.
I´m still on the very beginning of the treatment, but I'm already very pleased about the results. Everything I've read on the subject, makes me happy about my decision.
On one of my visits to Madrid, I´ve brought a fabulous product. A box of blisters with a lifting boosting efect. One and you´ll have a firmer and more luminous skin. Perfect before a night out or a special event. I must say not knowing where else to find it for sale but, whilst researching for this post, I´ve found a similar product in Sesderma product line.
